This house has a beautiful lake side view with numerous entertainment possibilities. This house is settled amongst tall oaks and maples for wonderful shady picnics. Fishing is available in this lake, plus we offer 4 other fishing lakes for your convenience. Boats with trolling motors only are allowed on the lakes.

There are two decks and both have access to a gas grill and a charcoal grill for those who love to cook out.  The decks offer a quiet, relaxing place to sit and enjoy all of natures sounds. There is also a private fishing dock, walking trails and boat ramps for your enjoyment.

Inside we offer a spacious living area including a big screen TV. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, a game room that includes a coin operated games and dart board. We also offer a dining area with a beautiful oak table that seats up to 8. With 5 spacious bedrooms, this house will accommodate 15+ people! Each bedroom includes a color television, plus individual air conditioning units for your comfort.

House Rental is based on a 10 person limit, ALTHOUGH more persons can be accommodated. If your party has more than 10 persons, there is a charge of $10 per extra person per night.

• $200 per night - 2 night minimum
• $1000 per week
• Non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation.
• $50 cleaning fee deposit/refunded if guest clean before check-out
• NO PETS

Guests are responsible for cleaning before check-out. No check-ins accepted before 2 pm and check out is at Noon. Weekly rate is based on 6 night stay.  State law requires all guests to bring your own linens, pillows, blankets and towels.

CHECK-IN

• STATE LAW requires all guests to bring your own linens, pillows, blankets and towels
• Check in time - 2:00 P.M.    Check out time - 12:00 p.m. (unless other arrangements are made)
• House rental fee is based on 10 adults - $10.00 charge per extra adult (age 18 and older) per night
• Daily visitors $5.00 - If fishing $10.00
• $50 cleaning fee deposit upon arrival. Refund if guest cleans before check-out (cleaning list will be available)
• Swimming at beach only

GENERAL PROVISIONS

    Cabin Fever provides a complete kitchen with all the necessary items for your stay

THINGS TO BRING

• Linens, pillows, blankets & towels
• Soaps (dish soap, bath)
• Bug spray
• Food, drinks, cooking oil, etc
• Fishing equipment
• Charcoal & lighter fluid (gas grills provided)
• Quarters for video games, dvd's, etc.

GENERAL HOUSE RULE

• Rude and Unruly behavior will not be tolerated
• NO PETS
• NO SMOKING in the house: NO cigarette butts in the yard
• Fire in fire pit only
• All trash in bags set out by garage

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

• Pick up after yourselves
• Do your dishes
• Remove items from the refrigerator
• Report broken or non-functioning items
• If you will be cleaning the house, please follow cleaning detail sheet
