Campground Rules & Policies
Welcome to Cabin Fever Campground! To ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following campground policies.
Registration
- All campers and fishing guests must register with the campground office before selecting a campsite or accessing the property.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Early Check-in: Available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Check-out: 1:00 PM
- Sunday Check-out: Extended until 3:00 PM
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be respectful of fellow campers by keeping conversations, music, radios, and other noise at a level that cannot be heard outside your campsite.
Children should return to their campsites by
10:00 PM, and bicycles may only be ridden during daylight hours.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome and must comply with all campground rules.
- A $5 visitor fee applies to each guest.
- All visitors must register before entering the campground.
- Visitors must depart by 10:00 PM.
Registered campers are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
Campsites
Please help us maintain a clean and enjoyable campground.
- Keep your campsite neat and free of litter.
- Do not walk or drive through occupied campsites.
- Please respect neighboring properties and do not trespass onto adjacent land or lakes.
Campfires & Firewood
Campfires are welcome when conducted safely.
- Fires must remain inside designated fire rings.
- Never leave a campfire unattended.
- Guests may bring their own firewood.
- Do not cut, damage, or remove trees or vegetation.
- Pressure-treated lumber and railroad ties may not be burned.
Fireworks
Fireworks are strictly prohibited in accordance with state law and campground regulations.
Guests who violate this policy may be required to leave the campground without refund.
Trash Disposal
Please dispose of all trash properly.
- Do not leave garbage at your campsite or in fire rings.
- A designated dumpster is available for all household waste.
Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome.
To ensure everyone's comfort:
- Pets must remain on a leash at all times.
- Pets may not be left unattended.
- Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
For the safety of all guests, certain breeds are not permitted, including:
- Pit Bulls
- American Staffordshire Terriers
- Doberman Pinschers
- Rottweilers
Vehicles
- Drive only on campground roads and designated parking areas.
- Driving on lake frontage or grassy areas is prohibited.
- ATVs, dirt bikes, mini-bikes, scooters, and similar recreational vehicles are not permitted anywhere on campground property.
Weapons & Hunting
For the safety of all guests, weapons are prohibited throughout the campground.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Firearms
- BB guns
- Bows and arrows
- Any item intended or used as a weapon
Hunting is strictly prohibited on campground property.
Smoking
Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using appropriate receptacles.
Do not discard smoking materials on the ground, as they create both litter and fire hazards.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages are permitted only for guests 21 years of age or older.
Please drink responsibly and respect fellow campers. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the campground without refund.
