This house has a beautiful lake side view with numerous entertainment possibilities. A large accommodating yard for your gatherings. Fishing is available in this lake, plus we offer 4 other fishing lakes for your convenience. Boats are allowed on the lakes and there is a “NO WAKE” on all lakes on property. If you bring your own boat you must have a sticker on it that can be purchased at the gatehouse for $25. Also, if you bring your own boat you must show proof of liability insurance. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or fatal casualties while visiting our property.
There are two decks and both have access to a gas grill and a charcoal grill for those who love to cook out. The decks offer a quiet, relaxing place to sit and enjoy all that nature has to offer. There is also a private fishing dock, walking trails and boat ramps for your enjoyment.
Inside we offer a spacious living area including a big screen TV. We offer a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area with a large oak table that seats up to 8. With 6 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this house will accommodate 15+ people! Each bedroom includes an individual air conditioning unit for your comfort. You must bring your own bedding.

RENTAL RATES…..
House Rental is based on 6 adults – a 15 person limit in the house including children. If your party has more than 6 adults, there is a charge of $25 per extra adult per night.
- $255 per night – 3 night minimum
- $1200 per week
- Non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation.
- $150 cleaning fee
